You don’t need to install software to use our language learning platform. For the Know Your Lingo app, you will need iOS 12 or later or Android 7 or later. For the online lessons with KYL Live 360, you need a computer or laptop with speakers, a microphone or headset, and a stable internet connection.
If the team is interested in moving forward, we’ll aim to reach out within three weeks of submitting your application.
The interviews focus on hearing our candidates’ reactions and reflections rather than looking for moments to trick them. We know interviews can be stressful, so we do our best to make candidates feel welcome and comfortable at every step.
You are welcome to apply again for any position you see as a good fit. Most successful re-applicants usually wait six months to a year, so they can improve their skill set, take on new challenges, and have something new to share.
Know Your Lingo is a live online 1:1 platform and doesn’t do physical classes. We want our teachers to maximize their earnings while having the convenience of choosing their schedules, both made possible by the Internet.
Each class is designed for 45-60 minutes.
Teachers are paid through direct bank deposits every 30 days.
